Chef Britta Bush and her husband Michiel Bush began Saucha to create food and drink products that support and empower us to live our healthiest lives. Their plant-based concept lends to this ideology.

    A 6-month aged kombucha vinegar infused and macerated for 4 weeks with local ginger, horseradish root, white onion, organic lemon, Spanish garlic, local turmeric, local scotch bonnet. This is a wellness shot that can be taken 1-2x/day as a preventative measure during cold & flu season.
